  • 1. A provisional booking can be held for a 7 day period, after that time if the booking wishes to continue then a £100.00 deposit is required to secure it.
  • 2. All Deposits are Non Refundable or transferable
  • 3. All bookings must be for a minimum of 20 guests.
  • 4. All guests are required to pre-order their food for all three courses no less than 10 days prior to the booking.
  • 5. All final payments are required seven days prior to the event.
  • 6. In the event of a cancellation within 3 months of the function the Ye Olde Plough House will be permitted to recover its estimated losses. These will be based on the information provided at the time of booking. At 3 months notice but not less than 1 month—50% of the total estimated bill. At one months notice or less the full payment is required
  • 7. Access to the room is available from 6pm, bars close at 11.45pm and we kindly ask for all transport to be arranged for midnight.
