Terms of Booking for accommodation

  • A provisional booking can be held for 7 days
  • After 7 days a £100.00 deposit is required to confirm the booking
  • All Deposits are non refundable or transferable
  • Packages are based on a minimum of 20 guests
  • In the event of a cancellation within 3 months of the function by you, the Ye Olde Plough House will be permitted to recover its estimated losses. These will be based on the information provided at the time of booking. At 3 months notice but not less than 1 month - 50% of the total estimated bill. At one months notice but not less the full payment is required.
  • Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or drink with the exception of one celebration cake.
  • A private bar can be arranged at the cost of £50.00
  • Any additional hours required £50.00 per hour
  • We do not allow banners, bunting or posters attached to the walls
